Mobs had reportedly broken into the house of ritual kidnappers, and had burnt the cars in the compound connected to the dwelling, as well as having destroyed many effects of the occupants.

This was the reaction by ordinary people following the discovery of the house by residents at Soas Estate, Adigbe in Ogun State. The break-in and ransacking of the house of Ritual Kidnappers occurred late Thursday evening.
Eyewitnesses told SaharaReporters that while the ritual activity was discovered Thursday, human parts were found in the house.
The occupants reportedly escaped through back door when the mobs broke in to rescue the victims.
When SaharaReporters visited the house, it was littered with the underclothing of children, bottles of local dry gins, gourds, calabashes palm oil, and several pieces of cowrie seashells. Eyewitnesses said policemen who went to the scene late Thursday had removed the gruesome discovery of human body parts found in the building.
Only two weeks ago, a similar haven of kidnappers, which has now been tagged, "The House of Horror," was discovered in a clumsy forest area at Soka in Ibadan. Members of the public also discovered the house.
Men of the Oodua People's Congress (OPC) have played a resourceful part in the rescue of victims at both ritual places discovered in the last two weeks.
